As you walk through the gate, you are greeted by the private swimming pool and spacious teak decking. This unique U-Shaped home, has several sliding glass doors that allow access to the pool area as well as the back deck. There is a living area with a sleeper sofa off the kitchen with a flat screen TV and a plenty of sitting space. The formal living and dining areas are also located on the 1st floor. The formal living room has a flat screen TV and also the other sleeper sofa.

Being in a close proximity to the beach and the private swimming pool within the villa are some of the features that make this rental all the more fun.

The gourmet Viking kitchen is every cook's dream, with two ovens, two dishwashers and two refrigerators. There are seven bar stools surrounding the open kitchen.

The Summer House Villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Located on the left wing if the home are two of the six total bedrooms.The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.

The 2nd bedroom on this side of the home is furnished with two double beds, TV and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Located on the right wing of the home are 3 more bedrooms.There is a Bunk room set up with 2 sets of bunk beds with a TV and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

There is also a bedroom furnished with a king size bed, TV and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The final bedroom on this wing is a bedroom with 2 double beds, TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

One of the most unique features of this home is the 2nd floor crow's nest bedroom. This bedroom has balcony access overlooking the pool as well as the golf course and is furnished with a king size bed and TV. The bathroom for this bedroom is located downstairs off a hallway. This is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
