Grand double doors open to a foyer, then into the Great Room with its louvered West Indian french doors framing spectacular sea views. Through one doorway off this area lies the master king bedroom and bath suite.

Through another doorway is the fully-equipped home office including a computer with DSL line. St. James Bay House enjoys full air-conditioning throughout, and a spacious, well-appointed gourmet kitchen with Viking range, chef's tools and delightful dinnerware. The dining area is conveniently located nearby, and the adjoining lanai/lounge offers a wet bar, beverage center and large, wall-mounted flat screen TV, all of which are only steps from the pool deck. A few stairs lead from this lanai area to the slightly elevated second king bedroom suite, or down to the third king/double-twin suite on the villa's lower level. Each bedroom suite has its own balcony overlooking the sea.
