At low spring tide, you can walk forever on pristine, golden sands and, at high spring tide, the water reaches the very edge of the patio - and occasionally splashes over the wall!

Arranged on 3 floors, the property is well furnished and equipped and can sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms in the main residence plus an additional 2 small children on sofa / day beds in the two double rooms. It has the added benefit of a further self-contained apartment at beach level sleeping 4 extra people.
The bright, welcoming accommodation comprises:
Street-level: Attractive entrance hall leading to 2 spacious bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed (which can be used as 2 singles) and a sofa bed, features an en suite bathroom with shower, bath & toilet, fitted wardrobes & sliding door to the verandah with fabulous lagoon views. Can be used as a family room.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes & stunning views from its verandah. It has its own separate shower room & toilet.
Lower floor. A staircase from the entrance halls leads to the open plan living/dining area & master bedroom suite:
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and a day bed, wardrobes, en suite bathroom with bath & shower, sliding doors to the verandah â?? and wonderful views. Can be used as a family room.
Lounge area. A great place to kick back & relax and admire the views, the area is comfortably furnished & features a fireplace, TV (with DSTV) and sliding doors to a patio overlooking the lagoon.
Kitchen/Dinner. The dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, plus a toaster & other small appliances. There is ample crockery, cutlery, glassware & utensils. A door from the kitchen leads to the steps to the beach.
Shoreline Apartment.
This can be reached either by the â??kitchen stepsâ?? or directly from the driveway via separate gates & stairways. It features a double bedroom, twin bedroom, shower room, small kitchen & lounge area and would be ideal for teenagers, grandparents or a nanny.
NB: The apartment may be rented in addition to the main house but not on its own during the peak season (Dec. 13th to Jan. 11th).

Lagoon-side patio.
An exquisite beachfront setting for sundowners & outside dining, the area has a built in braai, shaded seating and table and its own slipway into the lagoon - ideal if you want to bring your own small boat or kayaks.

There is a double garage at street-level, plus parking for 3 further vehicles â?? and a kayak that guests are welcome to borrow.
