Shifting Sands downstairs unit is located directly on the beach at Little Apple Bay. The amount of sand varies during the winter months thus the name Shifting Sands. Although the beach at Shifting Sands in the summer months is heavenly.

The Master bedroom has a king bed and a bath en suite. The second bedroom/bath suite is a bit smaller than the master. The bedrooms are separated by the living room and kitchen areas giving privacy between the two bedroom suites. Adjoining is the galley type kitchen with an electric cooktop, fridge, coffee maker,cookware, etc.

The huge patio with expansive views and just step away from the sand and sea is perfect for sun lovers and surf watchers. There is ample patio furnishings, alfresco dining and a BBQ grill.
