The mentioned rooms on the lower ground floor are in a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance. The 2 sep. WC's on the lower ground floor can be reached from the dining room and belong to the seminar room, which has an exit to the garden and the terrace. Some bathrooms have an experience shower. 5 double bedrooms have an own balcony. Additional TVs can be rented on request.

House/Residence

Large, comfortable country house "Seminarhaus Bayern". Above Regen, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet position on a slope. For shared use: barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: natural garden, lawn sunning area.

The former country guest house was fully renovated and offers a sauna (extra), a seminar room, a fully equipped kitchen with professional kitchenware and a large guest room with a bar. The entrance fee to the "Fitness-Oase" (500 m away) with sauna paradise, tennis court, fitness equipment and gym courses is included in the price.
