Seagate is nestled on a generous lot that slopes about 150 feet to the shore of Chocolate Hole Bay. A five bedroom retreat, it is located just a short walk to the crystalline waters of Chocolate Hole which offers wonderful snorkeling. The home offers exceptional views of the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and at night the gentle sound of the surf can be heard along with the songs of the crickets and tree frogs providing a peaceful rest.

The interiors of the villa are spacious and brightly colored. The living and dining areas spill out onto the deck providing for an airy indoor/outdoor living experience.

Situated to take full advantage of the cooling trade winds, the villa has ceiling fans and louvered windows. In the large great room there is a hot tub under the vaulted ceiling with skylights, Mexican tile floor, and new teak and wicker living and dining room furniture with a complete entertainment center. The large kitchen is well equipped for indoor or outdoor cooking. A smaller kitchenette is located on the lower level next to the pool.
