The Morning Room off of the kitchen offers is the perfect place to begin the day or watch the sunset at dusk.
Outdoor living spaces include multiple dining and sitting areas providing dramatic ocean views and the nearby Santa Ynez Mountains. A BBQ on the deck provides the perfect setting for grilling. The back yard is fully landscaped and features a large, beautifully kept lawn. A paved path leads directly from the lawn to the beach.
The property is protected by a private gatekeeper 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
