The Santa Barbara Beach Club features panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands, miles of brilliant coastline and majestic mountains grace from the brand new Robert Foley designed Cape Cod Oceanfront Estate. Situated on a private cove in one of Santa BarbaraÂs most beautiful locations, the 6,600 square foot plus property is located on 0.91 acres. Stroll the 300 acre oceanfront nature preserve next door, walk the private beach and kayak in your own cove. Santa Barbara's climate is arguably the best in the world ranging from the mid 60's to the mid 70's year round.
The Santa Barbara Beach Club features four spacious guest suites along with a main floor master suite and attached library, and can comfortably accommodate ten guests. Every suite boasts a flat screen TV. The entertainment level includes an eight seat theater, a gym with sauna and steam room, a game room with a nine foot pool table and a hand crafted bar that seats eight. The wine cellar has a formal dining area, a walk-in cellar and a cigar room.
