Paros Paros Island Villa - Rufiyaa

Villa Rufiyaa is a lovingly decorated stone built house lying next to a sandy beach with crystal clear waters. It is part of a well-tended group of seven houses, all with private gardens and unobstructed panoramic views towards the bay and town village of Paroikia. Unattached to the house, retaining the same unique view is  a large BBQ area, featuring a pergola with a large marble table and fitted sofas  all round.

There are also other outdoor seating areas, ideal for siestas during a hot summer’s day, breakfast, dining and drinks.

The garden (¼ acre), in truly Mediterranean colours  has large cypress and wild bay trees, rosemary, bougainvilleas and geraniums. A 5x8 sized swimming pool is also planned for the 2007 season with big verandas surrounding it.

Accommodation details:

Upper level:
Entrance into living/dining room with hardwood floors across all areas, large sofa and a dining area seating six. Open-plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, espresso machine and toaster. Guest WC.

Lower level:
Bedroom 1 with double bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 with double bed and ceiling fan. Bathroom  with shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 3 twin beds and ceiling fan. All bedrooms have natural light and wardrobes, all bathrooms equipped with Korres cosmetics.

The house is equipped with TV/DVD, Cd Player/MP3, washing machine and cleaning service three times a week. The port town of Paroikia is 10min by car.
