Perugia Large Holiday Pool House

This elegant and luxury residence opened to public in 1989 after an intense and a well cared for renovation of a complex of Historical Medieval Dwellings (Abbey of the XI century, Tower of the XII century and Country House of the XVII century) located in a 600 hectares estate. The reorganization works finished in June 2005 with the realization of a small Charming Relais now famous for being one of Umbria’s most beautiful and striking one. The Abbey consists of an ancient Church, the Bell Tower, the Sacristy and the Parish House, horseshoe positioned and enclosed by a boundary wall. In the centre of the complex there is a large stone paved court, with an ancient well in the middle. All around you can find a 5.000 m2 park, with oaks, olive and cherry trees, in which there is a wonderful panoramic swimming pool (in common with the Tower Guests).
