Paloma Blanca is a stunning villa located in the Costa Azul region of San Jose del Cabo. Built in '2001, the villa offers 180 degree views from Palmilla to Punta Gorda. The views are truly breathtaking and the sunsets simply sensational.
Built of white stucco and nestled behind a wall draped with brilliant bougainvillea, the villa offers 2500 square feet of interior space (with central air) and another 1,000 square feet of outdoor living spaces. The interiors are expansive and attractively furnished. The palette is a soothing combination of white, creams and neutrals accented by shades of tropical greens and corals. Of special mention are the skylights located in several of the rooms and the wonderful original Mexican art.
A delightful kitchen is fully equipped and offers purified water as well as a dishwasher.
There are laundry facilities as well. There are three bedrooms, all with private baths. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds and one has two twins which may be put together to form a king. Additionally, all the bedrooms offer a terrace and two boast ocean views. A double sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping arrangements so that the villa can easily accommodate up to 6 adults and two children.
Outside, there is an expansive, covered and furnished verandah. It is an ideal place to read, nap or just ponder the beauty of the ocean. Just beyond is the large, private infinity styled swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
