José Ignacio Beach Villa with Views: My Way

The house has a view of the sea from all parts, whether inside or out. The architecture is modern, the architect being the world renowned Matias Klotz and the decor by Patricia Torres. The kitchen has a 5 metre long table, with an oven inserted in it at one end. The idea is to cook and also eat at this same table which has space for parties of up to 10. From there rises the stairway, which leads to a suite seemingly floating on the sea. This suite has three excellent views: one over the sea in front, one in full view of Jose Ignacio, and another toward the sea overlooking a shipwreck. From the dining room heading towards the inside of the house is the deck and swimming pool area, looking out over the sea. From the deck you pass to the area in which there are two guest bedrooms sharing one bathroom. At the end of the corridor there is another main suite with a king sized bed, private bathroom and a full view of the sea and shipwreck. In total there is roughly 20 metres of unobstructed views towards the sea. In front of the entrance of the deck, there is a small room with a bath, a kitchenette and a double bed where the caretakers live. Furthermore if you require this room for your own personal use then that is possible. My Way is close to the quaint fishing village of Jose Ignacio, with a laid-back ambience, just waiting to be explored
