Private: natural state grounds, garden, swimming pool angular (depth 180 cm, 01.04.-30.10.). Outside shower. Pergola. In the house: central heating, laundry, washing machine. Parking by the house, individual garage. Bathing bay 600 m.

Please note: car essential. Swimming pool. The Cala Tuent is situated 10 minutes away and is reached via a few steps. Cala Sa Calobra is 15 mins away. Nearby restaurant offering take away meals. It is recommended that you buy some shopping before you reach the house as it is situated 45 mins from Soller. Occasionally, the keyholder do some shopping for you (extra).
