Nutmeg at Merlin Bay is one of eight exclusive townhomes/condos built around a central swimming pool on a low sea cliff with steps leading down to the beach. From the sitting room, doors open onto the terrace overlooking the plunge pool. Outside, there is a large shared central pool (70'x 30', 4'-7' deep).

- Nutmeg has its own private entrance with its own garden and private plunge pool (14.5' x 11.5' & 4.5 deep).
