The villa rental lies just next to the renowened Olgiata Golf Club, the setting of two World Championships, several European Championships and many Opens.
In the past, the English House was part of the famous Dormello Olgiata Horse Stud. It now lies on the golf course: its garden adjoins the fairway at the eleventh hole.

The Maison Olgiata has been designed to be an all year round haven of joy and pleasure: equipped with good central heating and fireplaces it offers a pleasant and cosy retreat during autumn, winter and spring, while it is a fresh and flawless setting for the long, hot days of Roman summer.

This property of no less than 500 sq.mts has three double bedrooms and a double living and dining room. It faces the swimming pool and golf course and pampers guests with double changing rooms, showers, a Turkish bath, summer kitchen and outside veranda with dining area. The pool is shared with the other 3 units at English House, but on request it can be rented in exclusivity.

The bright veranda is a perfect entertaining area. Its long refectory table can seat 18 people and a further 18 can be seated under the canopy that runs along the side. Choose to feel the warm sun on your face or seek the cool shade: there's place for your every preference. The adjoining kitchen is well-equipped and the perfect setting for happy, sunny days. And if the nights grow a little bit chilly, a blazing fire can be lit in the corner chimney place, or you can warm your hands near the gas heater outdoor.

Maison Olgiata is ideal for golfers or visitors who are interested in Rome and its surroundings. There are trains to the city centre of Rome (takes about 15 minutes) and both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports are within 40 minutes drive.

The entire property of Olgiata enjoys 24/24 surveillance with guards by both
entrance gates.
