Overview
Situated in the hills above the Valldemossa/Deia coast road the property is reached by a paved ¨camino¨ narrow road which winds its way up through an ancient olive grove. The main entrance is through the courtyard which leads to main reception hall and another entrance to the original mallorquine kitchen with inglenook fireplace.
There are 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor and their french doors are leading out to the main terrace where you can enjouy the stunning sea views. The fourth bedroom en suite with dressing room is situated on the first level and has access to the main hall and courtyard.
The main living room features the old olive oil press, stone floors and high ceiling with wooden beams. From here you step out onto the main terrace. There is a smaller living room with Sat TV. A private infinity pool is located to one side of the main terrace, ideal for sun lounging, breakfast or sunset drinks to the sound of sheep bells ringing from the terraced hill side.
The arched pergola terrace located at a slightly lower level with BBQ, perfect for lunches in the shade or dinners with seating for 8-10 people. Because the house is located quite high up it is not very suitable for very young or unsupervised children.
Deia is only a 15 min drive away and offers many restaurants, shops, art exibitions and live music. There is also a little cove with 2 restaurants.
