The Ground Floor has an office area (equipped with PC with Vista, ADSL, fax, telephone and stereo), two guest bathrooms, a staff changing room and bathroom, and wrought iron spiral staircase to the cellar.

The first floor has a reading room with fireplace and divine sea views. There is also a rooftop terrace (250sqm) just under the lighthouse lamp with four canopied beds from which to enjoy the panoramic views.

Outside there is an infinity pool (14x6m) with jacuzzi jets and stunning sea views, walled gardens (3,000sqm), barbeque area with white sofas and a 12-metre fireplace, glass gazebos that can be set up for dining or as an outside living area.

This villa as a large entranceway comprising two dining areas and two seating areas, each with a fireplace, and a kitchen area comprising two seperate rooms and pantry equipped to cater for the grandest of functions.

Two seperate guest houses to the rear of the main villa, each with 50sqm of floor space. Each offers a ground floor living area and bathroom as well as a mezzanine sleeping area equipped with a king size bed and a glass panel in the ceiling allowing guests to enjoy the night skies
