The furnishings are all of top quality...designed in collaboration with Linda Warren, of Warren-Sutton, Inc. NYC. Other ventures of theirs include Peter Island and Little Dix Bay on Virgin Gorda. There are unique pieces by contemporary names such as Michael Taylor, McGuire, and Pompeii. Also included, are a few antique pieces of Balinese, Italian and French origin. The overall feel is elegant, but completely relaxed and very low maintenance. Wood, metal and canvas pieces were chosen for durability in the tropical climate. The kitchen is fully equipped with Calphalon cookware, china, glasses, bread machine, blender, food processor, etc.
Up a set of stairs leading from the pool is the Master Bedroom with a vaulted ceiling of about 16’, which creates an expansive spatial feeling. The interior “spills out” into the open air through two sets of French doors, which open up the walls to the outside. Limin’ House is designed with the prevailing winds in mind, coming from the east, so it is always comfortable, making ceiling fans more than adequate for Tortola’s weather conditions. The queen-size bed comes furnished with protective netting to allow for comfortable sleeping with the doors and windows open.
