This Saint Barthélemy luxury villa rental is located at the end of a private lane on over 1300 m2 of land. Facing NNW, the front property line is defined by the waves crashing over the rocks below. Designed by renowned French architect Pierre Monsaingeon, the villa was custom built solely for our personal use and has only recently been placed on the rental market.
Constructed in typical West Indies Style, the villa features a generous Master Suite with a large private bath. The Guest Suite is equally impressive, again with private bath. In the main house a vaulted breezeway provides a breathtaking entrance for your guests as they look over the infinity edge pool, across the sapphire waters to the neighboring island of St. Maarten.
Arriving yachts frequently sail past providing a picturesque backdrop to delightful terrace entertaining.
