The villa was renovated in 2009 and has been tastefully re-decorated to suit the needs of a discerning clientele. The villas comprises of 300 square meters and 50 square meters of outdoor decking. The polished wooden floors bring charm to this property and ooze an atmosphere of warmth, which can be felt immediately after entering the properties grounds.

Airy, elegant and cool with a really amazing view on Gunners Coin Island and a large private garden, this property is perfect for a family or a group of friends wanting to be near Grand Bay, but in complete tranquility and privacy of their villa. The villa has one en-suite master bedroom and two double rooms (one with a twin bed) which share a common bathroom.

The villa's rooms are air conditioned and will delight visitors with welcome respite from long days in the sun.
