Typical of the region, this warm stone farmhouse has all of the traditional features you would hope to find in a rural dwelling: cotto tiled floors, colour washed walls, feature fireplaces and heavy chestnut beamed ceilings. Comfortably furnished and well equipped it offers a pleasing blend of modern Italian style and classic Italian charm. We recommend you take time to relax, with a glass of Rubesco from nearby Torgiano, on the terrace and enjoy the birdsong.
There are a number of small villages nearby but the jewel in the crown is Todi, a medieval hilltop town of Etruscan origins situated mid province between Perugia and Terni looking across the majestic Tiber valley towards Montecastello di Vibio, another smaller hilltop town. The latter has a delightful 200 year old theatre that is the smallest functioning theatre in the World.
