The house was built by the famous architect Carlos Rojas Madrid, while the decoration was entrusted to Paco Teran, known Spanish designer who designed and manufactured the furniture, rugs and lighting, creating a subtle blend of contemporary minimalism and ethnicity.

The living room (150 m2) offers a spectacular view of the pool and the sea and includes a winter living room with fireplace, a TV room and a reading corner. The large dining table can accommodate 10 people.

Area office and library is located next to the TV room with Blu-ray and sound base for the iPod with Bose speakers inside and outside.

The kitchen (55m2) is separated from the lounge by a sliding door 3m x 3m. The appliances are Neff and the prestigious Liebherr refrigerator. It also has a laundry room of 15m2 which offers numerous storage spaces and have a Miele washing machine and dryer.

At the top, overlooking the sea, there are 4 rooms (23 to 28 m2), all with balcony, bathroom en suite, dressing room, flat screen TV and satellite dish.

The guest house (45m2) has a private terrace and offers its occupants a spectacular view of the sea. It consists of a bedroom with bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen with bar, dressing room and lounge. TV swivel allows a 360 º to watch TV from bed or lounge.
