Coming down you'll enter into a little paradise of shining flowers, yellow lemon trees and gorgeous views of the sea. The property is based on many levels filled by small terraced gardens, after about 50steps you'll enter into a lounge area where you can enjoy a 180°view of the Coast. The furnishings are in modern style and are of excellent quality. The large terrace gives access on a spacious living-room area, furnished with Mediterranean and really modern style furniture and light linen tapestries made of natural fabric, large windows from where you can enjoy a terrific scenario.

On the same floor there is a well equipped kitchen designed by Miele with a classic pizza oven and a modern induction oven.
