Waterfront on its own promontory, and sleekly built around a beautifully-furnished Great Room which flows gracefully out to a heated pool, sun decks, and wide-angled sea vistas, Island Views offers two levels surrounded by inspiring ocean views, all within a few minutes' walk to three white-sand beaches and nearby Chenay Bay Resort.

The elegant Great Room features a captivating blend of tropical rattan, sink-into sofas, West Indian and other antique pieces, accented by fine fabrics, original art, and an entire wall of custom bookcases fashioned of andiroba wood. A desk with a computer and printer is opposite, with a powder room nearby. The Great Room is fully air-conditioned, but french doors on the ocean side are made to be thrown open to St. Croix's refreshing tradewinds; they lead out to the sun deck and heated swimming pool, which are sited just a few feet from the water's edge (artfully lighted at night for your pleasure).
