The villa of the end of ‘800, is built directly in front of the sea, by a reef, in the charming little village of Torre Archirafi, 2 km far from Riposto, where are setted shops, banks and markets. The house has an independent entrance on the seaside and made up of two floors; the first is sometimes occupied by the owner. The ground floor is at clients disposal.Main entrance into a living and sitting room. Well furnished kitchen, 2 bathrooms (both of them with shower); 2 double bedrooms, one of them can be converted into a twin room.The external area, used exclusively by guests, is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue grill and a covered parking.
