Sant Llorenç: La Finca is situated at the foot of the mountain in an area of 90 hectares next to the Parque Natural de la Serra de Llevant in an Area of Natural Beauty. The area is particularly ideal for hiking, trekking, mountain biking and as a departure point for trips to the hiking paths belonging to the same finca.
The complex consists of 3 apartments, one terrace with panoramic views of the valley as well as a large swimming pool. The finca has a combined capacity for 16 people: ground floor apartment for 6 people with a separate building for 2 people, upper floor for 6 people and terraced property for 4 people.
There is room for more guests but this has to be requested at the time of booking and for an additional cost. Large, historical 3-family house, 2 storeys, from the 17th century, built in 1661, renovated in 2003. Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Sant Llorenç de Cardassar, in a secluded, quiet, sunny, elevated position, 10 km from the sea, in the countryside.
Private: grounds 90 ha, garden with lawn, swimming pool (20 x 5 m, 01.01.-30.12.). Outside shower. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating. Linen change weekly. Breakfast on request. Parking by the house in the grounds. Shop 4 km, grocers 4 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Sant Llorenç" 4 km, sandy beach "Cala Millor" 12 km.
