Please note: maximum 2 dogs accepted. On the ground floor there is a relaxation area: sauna, turkish bath, whirlpool for 5 people, Technogym gymnasium (exercise bike, tread mill, horizontal bench with weights, abdominals bench and aerobics room with mirrors), 1 WC and showers. The bedrooms on the ground floor are inside of 3 suites with independent entrances: 1 suite with living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a private bathroom. 1 suite with living room, bedroom and bathroom. 1 suite with living room, bathroom (5 steps) and the master bedroom mezzanine accessible by spiral staircase. The outside stone staircase in stone leads to the first floor, where the large dining room with big Tuscan fireplace and a stone table for 18 people. From the dining room there is access to 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms respective. 1 suite with separate entrance can be reached from the loggia on the first floor and consists of 1 living room, bedroom and bathroom. The two extra beds can be found in the suite with a sofa bed on the ground floor. At disposal of the house: pizzas oven.

House/Residence

The old villa is part of a large organic farm that produces wine and oil (2000 hectars). The structure is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Forests and beautiful rural landscapes can be reached by hiking. Historical villa, surrounded by trees and meadows. 10 km from the centre of Monte San Savino, 35 km from the centre of Siena, 80 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, sunny position.

Private: garden, swimming pool (6 x 9 m, 01.06.-12.10.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: fitness room, whirlpool, washing machine, tumble dryer. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Please note: car essential. Found a great courtyard, arch and columns of Roman origin. From the courtyard access via an external staircase to first floor, with 3 suites on the ground floor and the annex with the sport and recreation area in which there is a second entrance from the pool. By agreement with the property you can arrange trips on horseback (2 horses), playing tennis, guided tours of the winery with tasting of products, participate in cooking classes, wine tasting / olive oil, paint or conversation in Italian (min. 5 participants). Agreement with the spa (15 km). Private parking. Underfloor heating/cooling system (GPL).
