On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Panoramic view of the sea.
Facilities: washing machine, telephone. Internet (DSL/LAN). Reserved parking (covered), garage in the grounds. All bedrooms facing north of the house. One guest bedroom has its own fireplace. The main bedroom looks out on to the garden and on to the sea. The mattresses are custom made in Italy. Studio with telephone,fax and printer.

Luxurious villa, surrounded by trees. In a quiet position on a slope, 80 m from the beach. Private: garden (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool (16 x 9 m, depth 185 cm, 01.05.-30.09.) with built-in steps. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly.
Please note: not suitable for smalll children. One Running Machine with cardio control. A stepper and a multi-angle bench with lightweights. The sandy beach is just 80 meters walk down from the villa (the villa is 32 meters above sea level). It is a 5 minute car ride to the famous Skala beach where there are taverns and restaurants and it is nearby Kaminia beach which is 3km long and is perfect for walking barefoot on the sand. Transfer from the airport on request. The pool is not suitable for small childern!
