Located just a few kilometers from Lucca, this elegant and richly decorated 18th century villa, with private chapel is set a very impressive and historic vineyard estate. The villa has an authentic charm with beamed ceilings, frescoed walls decorated with a typical Lucchese tapestry and portraits of family ancestors.
The villa is a perfect blend of old world charm and modern day living. It is a superb example of traditional Lucchese architecture and, following this tradition, has three floors and a classical Italian styled garden. Located just outside of the property is a small chapel that was, historically, the chapel of the villa and the neighboring borgo. Mass is celebrated here every Sunday at 9am. There are also some farmhouses on the large estate behind the villa where the vineyard workers live.
The private garden is filled with a variety of trees and olive groves, as well as fragrant plants and roses.
There are several furnished outdoor areas for relaxing and dining al fresco. Comfortable deck chairs and sun loungers can be found near the swimming pool, which is located in a pleasant panoramic position. There is also a barbecue for guests' use.
