Creating a contrast with the rugged beauty of the surrounding landscape, the house is a low-rise cluster of whitewashed various-leveled stone built cubes. At the back side of the building, stone is left uncovered to integrate the structure to its surroundings. The interior of this lovely three bedroom villa conveys the friendly atmosphere of a traditional island summer-home. The front entrance leads to an open plan space that is built in three different levels and is divided by high arches. The main living room is simple and cozy, with island-themed decorations and a white and baby-blue palette that matches the colors of the sea and sky. The living room then leads to a small lounge area, a charming nest with built-in sofas and comfortable cushions and direct view to the evocative seascape.

The three main bedrooms are rather small yet warm and inviting, with different views of the surrounding nature and island-themed furnishings. There is also a petite single bedroom that can be used as a maid’s room and an office with a single bed. An external staircase leads to a lovely basement studio that is ideal to accommodate your guests. The studio comprises of a comfortable living room with built-in sofas, a small open plan kitchen and a petite bedroom.
