Overview

Gingerbread is a comfortable stand-alone villa nestled amongst 7 split-level villas, built around a central swimming pool and situated on a low sea cliff with steps leading down to the beach. Gingerbread's has 3 unique living levels as well as a private roof top deck. There is a private plunge pool on the same level as the large central swimming pool used by all guests on the Merlin Bay community.

The entrance, living room, dining room and the dining terrace which has sea views are on the main level. Located on the upper level, the master bedroom has a wonderful sitting terrace with views of the Caribbean Sea.
