Formosa Gardens is about as close to Disney as you can get (it takes around 15 minutes to drive there) and is known as the most desirable of all the Kissimmee sub-divisions. The houses are all very large, high-spec and sit on large plots - there is no sense of the crowding that you find elsewhere - this is one of the finest houses in Formosa.
The villa has a vast open plan living area with high ceilings and beautiful tiled floors to create a cool and spacious retreat - the patio doors open out onto a large pool area with a great pool, a separate Mickey Mouse shaped children's pool and a large hot tub, with separate heating - the joy is that you can come home from the parks at lunch time, relax in the hot-tub and then head back in when the crowds ease off and when you have cooled down a little! The kids have a separate games room with pool, darts, Foosball, TV & Nintendo.
