Located in a serene neighborhood setting, this new addition to our villa portfolio on Tortola offers two adjoining residences together as one spacious property, perfect for an extended family or a group of friends on holiday. Garden walkways take you from East to West Fandango and to its charming living room, powder room, and into Fandango's second kitchen. On the other side of the kitchen is the library, another comfortable lounging area with books, games and music; a covered verandah is just outside. This casual and comfortable property is distinguished by many nooks and private areas so you can enjoy the company of your group, but you can also slip away for a bit of solitude to watch the frigate birds soar above and to contemplate the tropical beauty of Tortola and the blue sea beyond.

• A staircase through flowering gardens leads you to East Fandango on your right and the sunny pool set in the courtyard, overlooking Capoon's Bay and north to Jost Van Dyke.
