This is a very exclusive property situated on the top of a hill, allowing fantastic views over the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia. The surrounding land and garden are granting quietness and privacy. Its distance only a few miles from the villages of Pollensa and Alcudia and their yacht harbours, makes this a great place to combine a leisure holiday with fancy nightlife and good restaurants. The house is a semi-circlular shape, following the contour of the mountain, with a covered porch from side to side to take full advantage of the beautiful views.

The main living areas are all beautifully furnished and all bedrooms look out over to the pool and terrace area. The swimming pool is situated on a lower level from the main house with a large terrace where views to the Bay of Alcudia can be admired.

There is a separate guests house just to the side of the house which is rented together with the main house.
