Alcúdia Countryside Pool Villa for Rent - Alcudia Villa

This beautiful villa is set in the countryside within easy reach of the old town of Alcudia, Port de Pollensa and only a short drive to the beaches.

The entrance hall is leading to the living room which offers a selection of multi media devicse including a playstation. From here you walk outside onto the terrace with a sitting area overlooking the pool and gardens. A few steps down you find the decked pool area surrounded by the garden and almond groves.

To the left of the entrance hall is the dining room, with its beautiful dining table and chairs. The dining table can be extended to seat 16, perfect for those special occasions. Doors lead out from here to a lovely terrace inviting for alfresco dining.

To the left of the dining room is the stylish and well equipped kitchen including a fridge that dispenses drinking water, ice cubes and crushed ice. Adjacent to the kitchen is the garage, housing the laundry facilities, as well as a small drinks fridge and ice freezer.

Off the hallway and straight ahead is the ground floor sleeping area. On the left hand side is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room. There are lovely views out across the almond groves from this bedroom. On the right hand side is a twin bedroom with doors to terrace. Next to this bedroom is a bathroom (Jacuzzi bath).

A marble staircase leads to the first floor landing with its splendid views of the mountains and wooded hills.

Off to the right, there is a master bedroom with king size bed, balcony and ensuite shower room. Off to the left, there is a twin bedroom with balcony. Both bedrooms afford views over the Almond groves, mountains and bay of Pollensa.

Also on the right, there is a further double bedroom with balcony. This affords views of the pool area. In the middle of the hallway, there is a shower room. Every bathroom/ shower room is fitted with a hair dryer.

The interior of the house was designed by a graduate from the Inchbald School of Design in London. Many traditional Mallorcan pieces have been teamed with more contemporary pieces to create the unique atmosphere of Can Magnus, which is both calming and restful. There are many welcoming corners furnished with chaises where one can sit and read or just chill out
