Being on a hilltop just 2 km from the beach (5 minutes), the house receives cool breezes and enjoys cooler temperatures than at the beach.

Beach Villa Oceana has rooftop terraces with hammocks that enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of the rainforest and Pacific Ocean or watch the star filled sky. The north terrace also has a wet bar, sink, bathroom, sofa and armchair and coffee table.

At garden level, the pool & whirlpool are next to a thatched roof gazebo with a beautiful Moroccan table for eating or playing and a hammock to take a nap. After a fun filled day, gather everyone for a game of volleyball on the field below (shared with Casa Exotica next door).

Decorated with a mix of colorful Provence and Moorish style, the 11-foot ceiling on the main floor adds a sense of grandeur, while the environment soothes and relaxes. Meanwhile, the terracotta and verdigris colors and custom made furnishings contribute to the elegant and comfortable setting.
