Fifty Two on De Wet is a striking contemporary home with sweeping extensive views of the Atlantic Ocean and situated in the exclusive Bantry Bay area of Cape Town.
The accommodation which luxuriously sleeps ten, comprises of a large suite on the first floor with a super king size bed and striking fully tiled bathroom (comprising of a stand alone bath and a walk in shower). In the season it is possible to lie in the bath and watch whales in the bay.
On the entrance level is a large open plan kitchen, with all modern appliances. This leads into a dining area which flows into the lounge with fireplace and view of the patio and striking 'rim flow solar heated' swimming pool. A large built-in gas barbeque or as said in South Africa braai, is featured on the patio.
On the lower level are four en suite double bedrooms, two with balcony & outstanding sea views and a separate substantial Cinema T.V. room (satellite available if requested at time of booking).
Our striking home is frequently used by International Film and Camera Crews and can be seen in magazines and adverts world- wide. We have kept it furnished in the minimalist style as we like to keep the simplicity, space and light of the architects design.The home has a double garage for guests use and is alarmed.
