Dar Chmicha is a luxurious moorish style villa, designed and built using the very best of moroccan style and influence with striking works of art giving a real taste of workmanship and a unique experience. Set in a private estate just 13kms outside Marrakech and with views of the Atlas Mountains, it is a perfect destination for an extended family celebration.
The craftsmanship is immediately apparent when looking at the domed ceilings with the coloured light filtering through from the moroccan sun. The villa is beautifully decorated with traditional materials including tadelakt plasterwork, zelige tiles and rich cedarwood throughout all rooms. The lighting is handcrafted in Morocco, adding to the intimate and truly wonderful surroundings.
The large swimming pool is 15 metres long and may be heated at extra cost. There is a shallow end for children, with ample sun beds and garden hammocks for relaxing and sunbathing. The Pergola at the end of the pool gives shade during the day if you wish to escape the sun's rays.
