High up on the hill overlooking beautiful Fish Bay, is a lovely yellow villa with light purple shutters. Welcome to Daffodil Villa, a lovely two bedroom two and half bath home, nestled hillside in upper Estate Fish Bay, on St. John's south shore. A haven for peace and privacy.
The wide spacious deck and swimming pool overlook the Bay and beyond. The pool is 22 X 14 and is only 5 foot deep in the middle and about 4 feet deep around the edges. Very people friendly for everyone and of course is designed with the panorama in mind. Four reclining lounge chairs and two pool floats are available for relaxing by land or water.
The light-filled great room is bright and airy, decorated with comfortable sectional seating, modern art prints, end tables and coffee table. Over the entertainment center is commissioned oil showing the view of Fish Bay as interpreted by San Antonio born artist Bruno Andrade, who has shown in galleries all over the county. A 32" flat panel TV with Cable, DVD, and Stereo System are all included as well as a collection of CD's, DVD's and an assortment of paperback books for your viewing and listening pleasure.
