Affording breathtaking views to the southwest and west including St. Thomas and surrounding cays, Sunset Vista offers breathtaking vistas of the Caribbean Sea. The Great Room is comfortably furnished with a large circular sectional sofa with matching overstuffed side chairs which are located adjacent to full wall glass sliding doors which bring the panoramic Caribbean views 'inside'. An attractive armoire houses a large television with Cable TV and DVD Player and stereo system. The great room also features individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen contains all of the features and amenities needed to prepare snacks to gourmet meals. There is also an island breakfast bar with seating for four for casual dining or snacking. Individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans assure climate controlled comfort. There is a glass sliding door to the covered patio which offers a table with seating for six for casual of alfresco dining. The indoor dining table with seating for six is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The pool deck features an inviting sculpted pool with waterfall. There is also a 6-8 person hot tub for soaking aching muscles and watching the twinkling lights of St. Thomas or the amazing night time star fields. Numerous lounge chairs are provided poolside and around the large deck for ‘soaking up some rays’ or relaxing by the pool while enjoying 'sundowner' cocktails in the shade under the retractable custom designed awnings. You can also prepare your alfresco dinner on the full sized BBQ grill as you watch for the ‘green flash’ at sunset. The large master bedroom located on the upper level is accessed by a graceful curved stairway from the main entrance foyer. Here you will enjoy a comfortable king size bed with en suite bath with double sink vanity and separate shower. Individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans assures comfortable climate control. There is also a beverage cooler and a television with cable TV and DVD player in the suite. While lying in bed you will enjoy the magnificent views through the glass and screen sliding doors which lead to your own private patio overlooking the pool deck and enchanting views beyond. There are two additional bedrooms located down a short hallway off the main entrance foyer. The first bedroom suite features two full size beds and an en suite bath with shower. There is a sliding glass and screen door leading to the pool deck. The second bedroom features a king size bed with en suite bath and shower. This suite also features a glass and screened sliding door leading to the pool deck. Both bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning systems and ceiling fans and both have televisions with cable TV and DVD players. The lower apartment, which is perfect for larger groups, is accessed by a short staircase from the great room or by its own private entrance through glass sliding doors which enter the apartment living room. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with comfortable sofa and chairs, a sleeping area with king size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. The entire apartment suite has individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a television with cable TV and a stereo system located for viewing in the living room or the sleeping area.
