In the heart of the old village of Eygalières, 12 km from St Rémy de Provence, Servanes and Baux de Provence golfs, 25 km from Avignon (TGV station), and 40 mm from international airport Provence-Marseille.

Main House

The first home consists of a second floor master bedroom with half bath and access to a terrace with views of the Alpilles. There is an other bedroom that sleeps one off the terrace as well. A full bath, large light living room and wonderfully appointed french kitchen complete the home on the first floor. A  door from the eat-in kitchen takes you out to a lovely, large stone terrace where your group can gather to eat your midday meal at the iron table by the fountain or enjoy an aperitif under one of the umbrellas. 

From the terrace, you enter the larger, second home that houses a bedroom that sleeps three, and has a view of the pool and the mountains. On this floor, you will also find a nice sitting room with two daybeds where you can relax at your leisure. When you go downstairs, you will find two recently renovated full bathrooms, the laundry room, a dining room and a large yet cozy kitchen with French tiled floors and a door to the outside. The second bedroom in this house is also located on this level. It is an enchanting place with a small winding staircase that leads to an open library that is perched above the sleeping area.

Exterior

Des escaliers en pierre conduisent au jardin, à sa piscine (11m x 6m), son boulodrome, ses nombreux espaces de détente ombragés. Plusieurs terrasses offrent des panoramas exceptionnels sur les Alpilles.

this abode offers a wonderfully tranquil environment for enjoying the summer sun and blue skies. In addition to the main terrace and the large balcony off of the first house, there are numerous stone porches and patios. Charming stone steps and stairways steer you from the terraces, past the rose garden, fragrant hedges and green grass and to the supremely secluded swimming pool. The pool (11 x 5 meters) is set at the base of the rocks the make up the pinnacle of old Eygalieres, allowing for a private oasis that is sheltered even from the mistral. Every where you have a panoramic views over the Alpilles. Petanque court.
