magnificent 5* chalet in the heart of Val D’Isere. The newly renovated chalet is now one of the most sought after properties in the resort and, coupled with unrivalled service, guarantees you the perfect skiing holiday.
Designed by Oliver Thornton Architects of Stockholm, this contemporary chalet oozes elegance yet comfort. The building has been created with you in mind, from the heated boot room to the outdoor jacuzzi on the deck.
We put a particular emphasis on the gourmet food we serve at THE Chalet. The professional Chef cooks with both passion and pride to serve you the most delicious food to satisfy every palate after a hard day’s skiing.
TWe are lucky to have Keith as our in-house Chef. Keith trained and worked at the Old Course Hotel at St Andrews, before joining us. His speciality is pastry, which means the afternoon teas and desserts are simply superb!
A continental and cooked breakfast is served every morning before we head out to the slopes. Fresh crossiants and bagettes from the Boulangerie accompany the locally sourced eggs and bacon to ensure you have the energy to go until lunch time.
On return to the chalet tea, freshly-baked biscuits and cakes or a well-earned cold beer await you before dinner.
Prior to dinner, we often serve canapés with a glass of champagne to discuss the day’s adventures before sitting down to a four-course dinner with unlimited white and red wines.

Val D'Isere’s history dates back to the 1930s when it was first recognised as being one of the greatest ski areas on the planet. Year on year, it continues to draw back both beginners through to extreme skiers, with the huge variety of skiing available. It is now recognised as being one of the ‘truly great’ ski resorts in the world.
On the Piste
Val D’Isere links to the Tignes ski area offering a haven for skiers of all levels across the 128 pistes.
There are two nursery areas in Val d’Isere, one in the centre and one in La Daillie, where you can find the gentle slopes ideal for children and absolute beginners. Once you have conquered these, there are ‘Ski Tranquille’ areas (translates as the Ski Quietly areas), which are ideal to learn to ski something a little more difficult without heading on the busier slopes.
For the intermediate skiers, the kilometres of Green and Blue runs allow you to work on your style before moving up to the Reds and the Blacks, a challenge for all skiers!
We are able to manage your transport to and from the local airports or train stations direct to the chalet. The transportation we offer ensures you receive a seamless service from the moment you step in to the Arrivals Hall through to dropping you back at the Departure Gate.
Our vehicles are all maintained to the highest standard and offer comfort and safety to get you to the chalet as quickly and as safely as possible. We also offer a service of drinks and sandwiches in the car should you be travelling during meal times.
The cost of a return transfer is cheaper than most in the industry, €120 per person, and we guarantee a door-to-door service rather than leaving you in the nearest town to find your way up to the chalet.
Additionally, if you want to arrival in style, we can arrange a helicopter ride to the nearby village direct from the airport.
Why not make your whole holiday enjoyable. Ensure you talk to us about your transfer before you arrive at the airport.
Each individually decorated bedroom contains a double bed, which can be turned in to a twin if necessary, adorned with Egyptian Cotton linen and the latest technology including a flat-screen TV, Blue-Ray DVD player, i-pod doc and sound system. The en-suite bathrooms, created from local stone and reclaimed wood, each have a bath and shower, under-floor heating and heated towel rails.
The upstairs living area is the most spectacular aspect to the building. The glass-walls provide a universal sense of space, allowing for panoramic piste views during the day, before becoming a beacon of light in the mountains at dusk. The main living area is designed for comfort after a hard day’s skiing. The furniture is stylish and
has been thoughtfully chosen for you to relax in luxury. The chalet also boasts its own bar, with a beer tap, as well as a log fire and flat screen TV and surround-sound system. Sitting in the lounge and watch the world ski past is one of the most enjoyable pastimes at the Chalet.
The imposing black run, La Face, provides the atmospheric backdrop to the Dining Room. The beautiful dining table is used for breakfast and dinner, providing an incredible ambience to every dining experience.
Surrounding the living area is an upstairs deck, perfect for soaking up the sunshine and enjoying lunch during the spring. The deck also hosts the 8-person hot tub, which is wonderfully soothing after a long day on the piste. The whole area has its own sound system.
Downstairs, the heated boot room leads in to the sauna, hamman and massage area, providing the perfect way to relax and soothe your mind. On the next level there is a magical wine ‘cave’, to chose the wine to accompany your dinner.
In terms of staff there are a chef and chalet girl to cook, clean and serve you within the chalet and then a further two staff who take care of the ski hosting and driving each day, ensuring that you have a table booked in a good restaurant each day and arranging activities on your behalf.
