Castello di Casole is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside in the Province of Siena (close to the Chianti region) and lies northwest of Montalcino and Montepulciano. Castello di Casole is an enchanting 4,200 acre private estate (one of the largest private landholdings in all of Italy). The epic castle, commanding the highest hilltop, is the social center of this vast property.

The Castello is currently being restored and will be an intimate 5-star boutique hotel and home to a luxurious spa, restaurants, wine bar, artisan shops, formal gardens and pools (due to open in the spring of 2011). In the countryside that surrounds the Casale are the ruins of forgotten farmhouses that are being painstakingly restored and reconstructed from reclaimed materials.

There will be a total of 29 farmhouse villas available for fractional ownership (1/12th shares) and whole ownership. Each residential compound is a collection of main residence, inviting guest quarters and a mosaic tile infinity pool.
