Just three kilometers from Greve in Chianti, the little market village known as “the capital” of Chianti, the Podere Le Case del Chianti is in a little hamlet called Santo Stefano 22 kilometers south of Florence, made up of two adjacent centuries-old farmhouses which have been completely restored by the owners and turned into delightful apartments. The original style and mood of a traditional Tuscan country house has been painstakingly preserved while providing guests with modern comforts from central heating to satellite television and hi-fi stereo, internet point and a safe. The sofas and armchairs are comfortable and roomy, the dining room tables inside and out are designed for large families and their guests, while the bedrooms are cozy and inviting with Provencal spreads and four poster beds, each with private bathroom and some with their own little sitting room/boudoir. The Ugolino Golf Courses are only 13 km away.
