In the first floor there is one large bedroom with fireplace and a/c, a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower and a big dresser room. Outside the bedroom there is a big veranda with two stone build sofas and breakfast area.

The view is breathtaking and uninterrupted from every room even when laid in bed. The house inside has antique wooden pine floor and limestone stair. It is furnished stylishly with warm relaxing colours and luxury Italian and French furniture and textiles. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic plates electric cooker, coffee maker, (espresso, French), and deep- freeze/refrigerator. Satellite TV/DVD, CD stereo is providing both living room and bedroom also CD stereo is placed in the open summer bar.
