The Ibiza luxury villa is distributed on two levels. First floor has one double bedroom with ensuite. Kichten, dining area, chill out lounge.
Second floor has 3 double bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite and one single room. All top floor rooms have access to large balcony overlooking the pool. 2 bedrooms have air conditioning units installed and the others are fitted with ceiling fans. All rooms have anti light reflective drapes, making sure all bedrooms stay nice and dark.
Outside you have 3 different seating areas. Two chill outs and an outdoor BBQ. The private villa is entirely fenced in with private gate access on a secondary road. The house is located 5 mins from Ibiza town and 5 mins from Cala Jondal.
