At the upper level of the house, there is a comfortable living and dining room with amazing views to the ocean and a large terrace balcony. The master suite is also at this level, featuring a spacious dressing room, a large ensuite bathroom and its own private balcony.
At the ground level, there are two suites facing the yard (both with ensuite bathroom), and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast, integrated to the family room. The beach villa also has a comfortable pool house/suite for 2 guests with private bathroom.
Facilities include an additional bedroom for the hired help, with private bathroom and independent access next to the kitchen.
Outdoor features include a semi-covered gallery and open-air decks with al fresco dining facilities, a seasonal swimming pool and a barbecue place.
