This elegantly restored farmhouse is just a mere 9 KM from Todi. You will be impressed with your views here, as you are surrounded by mountains with wild terrain, and green pastures. There are 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms, one with bathtub and separate shower, the other twowith a shower. The other two double bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and separate shower. A large open, living room, a guest bathroom, television/studio room, and dining room for up to 12 people. A fabulous well equipped kitchen with all new appliances. A covered patio lines two sides of the house. Owner is an architect and is very detail oriented - she also had the help of her friend, a famous interior designer help her with the interiors. There is a huge lawn that surrounds the house.
