The living room opens onto a wraparound screened porch, equipped with a deep blue awning to protect from the tropical sun. In opposite corners, this spacious porch has a formal rectangular dining table, seating 10, and a more casual round table, seating 4, perfect for enjoying coffee or snacks.
Between the two dining areas is a large seating area, with built-in benches and four rocking chairs, just the spot to curl up with a good book. Off the living room is a spacious hallway that leads to the paved patio, which features a generously sized, emerald green whirlpool; several lounging and seating areas; and a bar with two barstools and a pass-through window to the kitchen.
The kitchen, small but fully equipped and with colorful tiles and decor, is also located off that spacious hallway. The pass-through window to the patio bar makes it easy to keep the snacks and drinks handy. Each bedroom features two double beds and an updated, fully tiled bathroom, most with stylish pedestal sinks. One room has a separate outside entrance off the whirlpool. This bedroom arrangement is ideal for groups of golfers or sports enthusiasts traveling together.
