Situated on a hillside near the village of San Jose (15 minutes from Ibiza town, 10 from the airport and the best beaches), Can Pere Jaume offers visitors privacy in a rural setting with all the amenities to accommodate 12 people in spacious bedrooms.

Can Pere Jaume is a farm house built in 1700 consisting of typical Ibizan construction with different heights and sizes, with whitewashed walls and ceilings with beams of juniper wood. Panoramic views of the valley, sea and Formentera. Built area: 550 sq.m. Surface area: 8000 sq.m.

The luxurious villa consists of three buildings: main house, guest house and servants’ house. The property consists of different gardens with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, 50 sq.m swimming pool surrounded by a spacious solarium fully equipped with outdoor furniture, an organic garden, barbecue area, “chill out” terraces and forest areas.

The finca, swimming pool and gardens were restored and redecorated in 2011.
